What we collect

Account details you provide (name, email, password hash), the brands, competitors, and prompts you configure, and billing details processed by Stripe (we never store card numbers). We also store the AI answers our systems retrieve on your behalf and the metrics derived from them.

How we use it

To run the service: querying AI engines with your prompts, analyzing the answers, and showing you the results. We don't sell your data, and we don't use your workspace data to train models.

Third parties

Prompt text is sent to the AI engines on your plan (OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, Google) via their official APIs, and to a licensed SERP data provider for Google AI Overviews. Payments are processed by Stripe; transactional email by Resend; hosting by Vercel and Supabase.

Retention & deletion

Answer history is retained per your plan's history window. Deleting your account removes your organization's data. Email support@answerstanding.com for deletion or export requests.

Free instant check

The unauthenticated brand check stores the brand name you enter and the retrieved answers so we can render the shareable result page; results are not public unless you share the link.
