The service

AnswerStanding monitors how AI answer engines talk about brands you configure, using official provider APIs and licensed data. Plans are billed monthly through Stripe and include the workspace, prompt, engine, seat, and run-credit limits shown on the pricing page.

Fair use

Run credits cover the engine costs of your checks. You agree not to abuse the service (resell raw API access, probe unrelated brands at scale, or attempt to circumvent plan limits).

No guarantees about AI output

AI answers are nondeterministic and change over time. We report what we observed with its sampling basis; we do not guarantee rankings, placement, or business outcomes from acting on recommendations.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime; paid features remain active until the end of the billing period. Downgrades pause workspaces and prompts beyond the new plan's limits rather than deleting data.
